Thanks for organising such a wonderful wedding. Our entire family members are quite happy with the arrangements and the way wedding plan executed by the team. The food quality, services and staff were awesome. The location of hotel, spacious rooms with view is excellent.

I loved staying here with group of 60 people. Enjoyed the ambience of hotel, huge lobby area like 5 star hotel, I didn't find any spacious hotel in entire Kasauli. Liked the food quality and services. See you soon with another group.

Thanks to all staff for rendering out of the box hospitality. Location is soul soothing, surrounding of the hotel is treat for the eyes and serenity of this place is quiet rejuvenating for body, mind and soul. We will come again on New Year bash.

We were guest for a wedding. Here is our experience: - the lifts are extremely slow. One of them is in poor condition. - There are huge humidity marks and you can feel it as well - Wardrobe smell bad - there is no fridge in room - The bed sheet ate not fitting and they teared up. - Music is still going on at 4 am. - Too many power cut and no generator to keep the fan and a minimum of lights on. - The water is either very hot or very cold. You just can't find a good middle temperature - Black coffee is only instant coffee which is not tasty. But they do have green tea! - room service is slow and not efficient. - food is staying on the hallway for ours - kids indoor area lack maintenance On the other hand we appreciated the following: Rooms are spacious Some Bathrooms include Bathtub and jacuzzi

The location is really beautiful and so is the property. The gardens/lawns are really spacious and are a great choice for organizing wedding functions. The resort has a capacity of around 500 people , indoor and outdoor. The rooms are also really nice. There are three categories of rooms and all are well maintained. The only area where the rating goes down is the food. The food here is really bad. They have a vast menu, we ordered lunch and most of the things in the menu were not available and whatever was available was just bad, the food took over an hour to arrive but the wait was all in vain as the taste and quality of the food was third grade.

Wow lobby, spacious rooms, amazing food, smiling services, wonderful venues in mountains, perfact parking, what else we want. Excellent venue for conferences, Weddings, Leisure groups, even for individual family tours as well. Wish you all the very best and looking forward for more and more visits.
